Duration: 5 Months
Assignment Start Time : 8:00am
Assignment End Time: 5:00pm
Description:
2-5 years of experience.
Proficiency with MS Word, outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, AdobeSign, SharePoint; detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Provide paralegal administrative support to Corporate Secretary Paralegals and VP Associate GC.
Daily duties: project related tasks, filter, prioritize and distribute all forms of communication. Assist with administrative support for various projects and presentations, miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
