Overview
MacGillis Wiemer, LLC is looking for a full-time experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing personal injury team. This position is responsible for case management of litigation files. A successful candidate must be well organized, able to manage deadlines and work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with clients and legal professionals.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinate litigation scheduling to include depositions, mediation, IME, etc.
· Communicate with clients regarding case updates
Applicants should possess the following skills:
· 3 years of personal injury experience required
· Experience drafting and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests to produce documents, etc.) required
· Experience in drafting and pleading required
· Experience reviewing liability and medical records required

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $ 55,000 - $85,000
Salary to commensurate with experience and will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate
