The Patient Account Manager is responsible for the management and profitable growth of the dental practice. The candidate will be required to meet and exceed both office production and collections goals.
Responsibilities:
- Presentation of Dental treatment to patients.
- Strong case acceptance and same day start.
- Deliver all patients with superior customer service. Building lasting relationships to drive customer loyalty.
- Utilize financing tools to help patients achieve the care they need.
- Drive new patients through the door from inbound calls, marketing, networking events.
- Perform care calls to patients that are past due for appointments to keep schedule full.
- Develop approaches to attract a constant influx of new patients and retain patients of record.
- Review sales quota and monitor effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts to exceed goals.
Requirements:
- Strong closing sales.
- Ability to learn and understand dental insurances, calculate deductibles, % coverages, and maximums.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Must have a high level of positive energy, be as self-starter, and have a strong customer service.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable team member.
Hours:
Full time 40 hours work week.
Monday 9-5pm
Tuesday 11-7pm
Wednesday 9-5pm
Thursday 11-7pm
Friday 9-5pm
Saturday once a moth 9-5pm
