As a Rachels Mediterranean Grill GM, day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Greeting customers with a warm welcome and providing superior customer service
• Preparing food to the quality standards set forth by Rachels Mediterranean Grill.
• Checking food quality and temperatures throughout the day
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by following sanitation and safety procedures
• Contributing to a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes a positive team environment by working as a team member.

As a General Manager at Rachels, a positive, upbeat attitude and superior customer service skills are required.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have knowledge of our product and can suggest and up-sell items
• Must have reliable and dependable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
• Ability to work ALL shifts - days, nights, weekends, and some holidays--which is paid at time and a half pay.
• Must present and maintain a neat and professional appearance and show consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
