RAB Lighting is growing rapidly and is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience with lighting, as well as a proven track record of providing an exceptional level of customer service.
A RAB Technical Customer Service Representative is a critical part of our mission to be the #1 customer-focused company in the industry. This position requires a professional with excellent troubleshooting skills, electrical knowledge and the ability to assist our customers with installation and product questions. Representatives communicate with customers through phone, email and chat in a fun and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for helping customers and sales reps throughout the lighting purchase cycle, from choosing appropriate products to installation and configuration assistance, troubleshooting, and trouble resolution. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
