Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, and ensure that all changes are documented and approved.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate project post-mortem reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
