Busy & Growing Mechanical Construction company looking for an energized and motivated individual for the position of Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team.

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Answer phones & take messages
Take of mailings and packages
Organize and Monitor office, janitorial, breakroom supplies
Keeping lobby area, conference room, break room area clean, neat, and organized
Prepare documents & supplies for construction project sites
Data Entry / Document Scanning & Filing / Organizing / Tracking
Run errands and transport documents, small packages throughout the city
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable working with Gmail, Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit pdf documents A Plus.
Must have great communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette
Must be detail-oriented and have organizational skills, time management, and be able to multi-task under pressure
Must have valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and comfortable driving to various jobsite locations throughout the city.
Previous experience working in construction company A MAJOR Plus.
