ABOUT THE ROLE
Avant Gardner is seeking a part-time receptionist. The receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple platforms, greeting guests of the venue, distributing information, and keeping the office clean and organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the venue
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service through Zendesk
• Manage the Lost and Found through Crowdfind
• Assist with office supplies ordering when necessary

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST be available mornings and weekends
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce etc
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Required proficiency in the Google Workspace suite, and its applications such asDocs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive- including Shared Drives, and Google Groups for seamless team communication. Basic training is provided to ensure effective utilization of these tools for collaboration, communication, and document management.

COMPENSATION

• Hourly rate for this role is $20.
