Job details :

This is a heavy technical & production support role and client facing role

• Java Microservices Application and Admin Support
  • Must have strong experience on Java/J2EE frameworks (Java 8 or 11, Micro services, Spring boot, ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA)
  • Should have strong working experience on MySQL and NoSQL databases. Example: RDBMS-Oracle/MySql, NoSql-Couchbase/MongoDB
  • Should have worked on Kafka & JMS messaging APIs for messaging & data streaming.
  • Should have good working experience with Linux environment and scripting like shell.
  • Good understanding & Real time experience on implementation CI/CD process using Jenkins.
  • Good Experience in Kubernetes.-- Administration
  • Code Repository Bitbucket and GitHub
  • Having experience to work with the client independently with sound verbal and written communication and drive 2 -3 member team
  • Expertise in onsite-offshore model.
• Having Good support experience ( L2 & L3)
  • Analysis and resolving escalated incidents.
  • Analyzing and resolving regular incidents.
  • Major System level changes, Re-configuring for resolution, Hot fixes
  • Drills and Rehydration Support
• Will be doing On-Call support for P1 incidents.
• Good to Have exposure/ Experience in -- Azure APIM
  • Good exposure of Azure and networking
  • Experience in API versioning & API Security.
  • Experience in Azure App Monitoring and App Insights
  • Experience in managing Developer Portal and Subscriptions and API Keys
  • Experience in importing APIs into API management writing policies, policy expression, setting up authentication, certificates, caching
  • Git Integration with Azure API Management
  • EFK/Grafana/Sonar/Jfrog/Maven/Docker/az/power shell
