As part of our EMEA Customer Success Management Team, you are in charge of ensuring that our SaaS solutions are well implemented and well used by our customers by providing ongoing support to our clients (in German and in English). You will indeed act as a primary point of contact for your own client portfolio and ensure their satisfaction :

👉Project management

  • Onboarding and leading the design and implementation of new innovation platforms
  • Orchestrating the project follow-up (timeline, deliverables, training, costs, etc.)
  • Monitoring existing innovation platforms and providing proactive support to help customers succeed with the innosabi software 
  • Improving software features, usability and actionable innovation methods by passing on input from customer contact to the product and development team 
  • Providing technical support and reporting of software malfunctions 

👉Client retention and sales support

  • Preparing and conducting kick-off appointments with new customers
  • Executing trainings for new customers
  • Leading meetings and regular phone calls with customers to make sure they stay a
  • Identifying improvement potential for the customer in the use of the software and consult proactively
  • Maintaining the relationship with the customers to strengthen the partnership and detect possible upsell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Supporting in the sales process with technical and methodological know how

The product

We develop and license software for innovation management. With our software, we enable companies and their innovation departments to involve employees (Innosabi idea), customers (Innosabi community) and external experts Iinnosabi partner) in their innovation processes. This allows to specifically address a large amount of people in a short period of time.
We already have a very comprehensive standard product, where the corporate identity can be adapted to the customer. Our customers can use just one feature or the entire range of features and thus synergies.

The perfect match…

  • Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a Software Customer Success ideally. Experience in Innovation Management would be a plus
  • Fluency in German and in English.
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Project Management knowledge (deadline management, coordination of all stakeholders, budget controlling, etc.)
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Customer service and solution oriented
  • Strong team spirit
  • HTML knowledge is a plus
