What You Will Do:
As the first face seen when walking into our office, the ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and be customer service focused. The Receptionist interacts daily with clients, answers and directs calls with a multi-line telephone, monitor incoming mail, organize the common areas and other specific responsibilities outlined in the section below. This position is an entry level position with room for growth. Pay: $15/hr - $20/hr DOE
* Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
* Answering phone calls and forwarding them to appropriate recipients
* Maintaining office supplies and groceries and placing orders when inventory is low
* Sending and receiving mail and other correspondence
* Maintain a log of mail and other correspondence
* Responsible for opening and closing the office daily
* Maintain safe and clean reception, kitchen, and classroom/meeting area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
What You Will Need:
* High School Diploma required
* College Degree preferred
* Prior receptionist experience
* Strong problem solving skills
* Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
* Must be able to work well in a team environment
* Willingness to grow and accept new challenges
* Excellent customer service
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
