Receptionist duties includes the following:

1. Greet Customers, lead them through check-in.

2. Assist with pulling colors and providing drinks from a limited menu.

2. Effectively book Customers using our booking website (Vagaro); ability to follow best booking practices and maximize scheduling efficiency.

3. Manage multi-line phone system; Check voicemails, follow-up. Ability and confidence to speak clearly, calmly and quickly on the phone.

4. Check out customers, ability to manage and navigate internal cash/register system.

5. Assist with seating clients, assembling pedicure trays and cleaning duties if needed.

6. Oversight of customer inquiries via Instagram, Email, Avochato.

7. Other Reception-like Duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
