Queclink of North America is Hiring an Administrative Assistant- Sales (FT) Near Temecula, CA

About the Job:
We are looking for a positive, outgoing, and trustworthy person with the ability to learn quickly, try new things, and multitask. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be required to perform various administrative and operational tasks which will require you to be able to shift gears quickly and be flexible within your role. You will need to support the sales management team in day-to-day activities in and out of the office. We are willing to train for the right candidate who is a go-getter, self-starter, and can prove their abilities.
 
 This job does require you to be on-site in our Temecula, California office Monday - Friday. We are looking for local candidates only: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Perris, and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
  • Learn about our products.
  • Aid in day-to-day office tasks.
  • Maintain open communication with appropriate staff about ongoing responsibilities and processes.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Scheduling travel accommodations, flights, etc.
  • Review and process orders from customers.
  • Communicate with our overseas team to ensure that the order is executed and shipped as expected.
  • Reconcile deliveries and billing. (will train)
  • Review accounts receivable. (will train)
  • Monthly expense reports.
  • Communicate with office vendors and services for scheduling, billing, and execution (cleaning service, maintenance, etc.).
  • Office supply management and ordering.
  • Office breakroom replenishment.
  • Shipping product samples to customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Must be trustworthy, honest, and discreet.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Organized, with attention to detail.
  • Coachable, willing to learn new skills. 
  • Efficient.
Desired, but not required:
  • Customer service background.
  • Adobe experience.
  • QuickBooks experience.
  • Shipping/receiving experience.
