Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and want to make a positive impact on the environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop leads
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products
- Provide personalized consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve diverse communities
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits
- Experience in solar sales, energy sales, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
