As a key player in our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in promoting solar solutions and driving the adoption of green energy practices.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and educate them about solar solutions.
  • Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess the feasibility of solar installations for residential and commercial clients.

Proposal Development:

  • Create customized solar proposals based on customer requirements and site evaluations.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and long-term value.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a seamless transition to the installation phase.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives to position Green Bear Solutions as a leader in the solar market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
