Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service throughout their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner

- Assist with reservations and room assignments

- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information

- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:

- Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems

- Knowledge of hospitality management software is an advantage - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Provide administrative support to staff as a personal assistant
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services

Requirements:

- Previously experience with hotel Front desk receptionis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently
