Role Overview: As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in our clinic's success. We're seeking a motivated individual devoted to ensuring the well-being of our patients and nurturing lifelong relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compassionate and professional client interactions, educating them on the importance of veterinary care.
• Utilizing excellent communication skills to address client concerns and ensure proper treatment for our patients.
• Handling fast-paced and emergency situations with grace and efficiency.
• Connecting with clients to foster enduring relationships while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist.
• Proficiency in Avimark is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Flexibility to work occasional 10-hour shifts and one Saturday every other week.
