We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
Duties:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, and project coordination
- Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and project management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
