Looking to get your foot in the door of a thriving medical facility? Have experience in administrative work?

Our client needs someone to help their Chief Nursing Officer/VP. The right candidate needs to have some experience working in administrative work, have exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel and PowerPoint), be able to multi-task, and manage multiple schedules.

Job Summary
Provide support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and other members of Administration when necessary by performing administrative, secretarial, and office staff duties with considerable latitude for exercising sound judgement and discretion.

Education Requirements

A business degree and at least three years of experience.

Skill Requirements
Extremely neat in appearance with a personable, tactful, and courteous manner in dealing with a wide variety of people.

Position involves planning, judgement, and rapid adjustment to the unexpected.

Schedule And Pay

Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Starting pay is $25 DOE
