Qualfon is hiring experienced Sales Representatives to field inbound calls from our client's customers and close the sale. These will be warm inbound leads for vehicle service contracts.

Must reside in Ohio in one of the following counties: Lucas County, Allen County, Erie County, Clinton County, Belmont County, Jefferson County, Richland County, Hancock County, Mahoning County, Huron County, Crawford County, Brown County, Ashtabula County, Ross County, Guernsey County, Lawrence County, Monroe County, Scioto County, Meigs County, Gallia County, Carroll County, Highland County, Jackson County, Trumbull County, Pike County, Portage County, Hardin County, Vinton County, Tuscarawas County, Fayette County, Adams County, or Holmes County.

What you will be doing:

Field inbound calls from potential customers regarding vehicle service contracts

Meet and exceed Sales expectations

Highly driven to reach the many incentives and cash commissions

Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment

Maintain composure in escalated situations and resolve with proper techniques

What skills you will need:

· GED or High School Diploma required

· Sales skills

· Minimum 3-year previous sales experience required

· Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy required

· Ability to multi-task efficiently

· Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required

· Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

· Manages emotions and maintains positive energy

· Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
