Living Care Lifestyles - Quail Park Communities
Living Care Lifestyles seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to join the home office team in our Seattle Office. If you are interested in this position, you will have at least 5 years of experience in overseeing census goals and digital marketing for multiple Assisted Living Communities in a set geographical location at a Regional or Corporate Level. If you enjoy traveling, are results driven and have a proven success track record – We want to talk to you!
Must have a core understanding of multi-layered sales & marketing programs, associated current marketing technologies and systems, and CRM software. Experience in tracking census trends and evaluating new initiatives to drive sales & marketing metrics to achieve community goals – a must. This position is an integral part of each community’s sales and marketing team and must enjoy leading and supporting other leaders towards success.
Some travel required & a love for working with Seniors goes without saying!
