Requirements:

• Background check

• Special Education Teacher License in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, parents, and fellow educators effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs and learning styles.
• Provide specialized instruction to students with varying abilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom experience.
• Work 1:1 with students and in small groups
• Provide specialized instruction in reading, ELA, math for grades 1-6.
