QT Construction is Hiring a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR Near Pinellas Park, FL
Seeking a professional individual who can handle all aspects of an office position in addition to running errands as needed (i.e. going to permitting offices, job sites, Home Depot, etc.). Someone who is flexible, adaptable and ready and willing to take on new tasks when called upon. Must possess a great work ethic and come to work everyday. Experience in the construction industry is a must.

- Knowledge of NOCs and lien waivers
- Knowledge of permitting process
- Ability to follow-up on permitting status, etc.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Hiring of new subcontractors
Medical, Dental, Vision available after 90 days. PTO and 401k with up to 3% employer match available after 1 year. Serious inquiries only.
