Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the existing Accounts Payable team, receiving valuable training and instructions before the maternity leave
- Manage Accounts Payable duties, including entering invoices, preparing for check and ACH payments, and responding to vendor and customer inquiries
- Handle two types of invoices: Purchase Order-related and those requiring approvals
- Collaborate with a small and experienced team in a manufacturing environment
- Assist in overlapping with the current team, allowing for a smoother transition
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn other software applications
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable
- Manufacturing background or exposure is a plus
- A motivated, go-getter attitude with a keen eye for detail
