What you'll do

• Project your friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
• Receive inbound calls and assist customers.
• Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries to the best of your ability
• Gather and update customer information in our business software.
• With our training, you will learn the business software that needs updated with every step of every project
• Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
• Conduct outbound calls following up with customers and field teams
• Your effectiveness at the job will directly affect your growth in the company and the company growth around you.

What you bring

• An education that provides an understanding of business
• 3 years of experience in customer service
• Knowledge of how systems and computer data need to work together
• A solid understanding of why businesses are in business

Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
