Job Details

Pay Rate : $15.401-$15.95 per hour

Location : Bloomington, IL

Status : Part time

Available Shifts : 3rd

3rd shift is typically overnights between 10pm and 7am

Job Responsibilities :

• Keeping the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Preparing hot and cold food items for sale.
• Suggestively selling to every customer based on their needs.
• Operating the cash register and other in-store equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe parking lot free of debris.
• Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Follow all policies regarding carding for alcohol, tobacco, and gaming.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to consistently show up to work on time and as scheduled.
• Honest and friendly with a great work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task with a team and individually.
• Demonstrates flexibility with work hours and availability.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to squat, bend, and use a step stool or ladder.
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
