Job Details

Pay Rate : $14.00-$15.95 per hour

Location : 4401 Wabash Ave in Springfield, IL

Status : Part time

Available Shifts : 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & open

• 1st shift is typically mornings between 6am and 3pm
• 2nd shift is typically evenings between 2pm and 12am
• 3rd shift is typically overnights between 10pm and 7am
• Open is for a CSR that can work any shift on any day of the week

Job Responsibilities

• Keeping the store clean, stocked, organized and ready to serve customers
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Preparing hot and cold food items for sale
• Suggestively selling to every customer based on their needs
• Operating the cash register and other in-store equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe parking lot free of debris
• Communicating effectively with customers, team members and management
• Follow all policies regarding carding for alcohol, tobacco and gaming

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Retail experience is preferred
• Ability to consistently show up to work on-time and as scheduled
• Honest and friendly with a great work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks consistently as required
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task with a team and individually
• Demonstrates flexibility with work hours and availability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
