We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to create data-driven strategies that improve our company's processes and increase our market share. You will be working with a team to mine data, develop analytics tools, and report back on your findings and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily business operations within business intelligence and analytics to ensure business systems, processes, and metrics are designed, developed, and deployed efficiently.
• Providing innovative business intelligence solutions to support the growth of the business unit.
• Coordinate with cross-functional business stakeholders to evaluate and define business reporting needs through project scoping sessions.
• Lead all aspects of project management to properly execute and deliver multiple projects with quality and speed.
• Monitor post-project results for data integrity, ongoing stability, and continuous improvements.
• Design and build Power BI solutions for the delivery of dashboards, scorecards, analytical models, automated reports, and ad-hoc queries.
• Develop policies and processes to drive best practices across data governance, project tracking, training materials, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for actionable insights to improve business processes and decision making.
• Create an analytics roadmap to align data objectives and advocate for a data-driven culture.
• Create outreach/showcase presentations and newsletters.
• Other additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor’s in engineering discipline, computer science, or equivalent STEM subject.
• 2-5 years’ experience leading concurrent, complex, cross-department projects with Agile/SCRUM methodologies but anchored in a strong startup-type, flexible method of operation, fast-paced environment.
• 2-5 years’ experience in project management and business analytics with strong understanding of modern data solutions and process, database architectures, data administration functions.
• Advanced knowledge of complete Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and Adobe Suite.
• Advanced in presentations: MS PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, etc.
• Ability to own and execute projects from inception to release including issue specification, requirement definition, development progress, pre/post-release testing, root cause analysis.
• Fluency to translate business needs to technical specifications and vice versa with a holistic view of end-to-end process and long-term vision.
• Detailed understanding and experience with process documentation and improvement for gaining operational efficiency.
• 2-5 years’ experience in business programming languages and scripts such as SQL, Python, R, Matplotlib, VBA, JavaScript, etc. to provide automated business solutions and analytics.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Tableau Desktop to design and develop world class visualizations that provide meaningful insights and predictive analysis.
• Aptitude for critical thinking, multitasking, and self-starting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
