Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager, this position provides leadership and insight into hospitality, events management, and the food and beverage services at Puttery, ensuring an unforgettable and immersive experience for our adult patrons.

RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and guide managers assigned to specific operational areas.Coach and cultivate a diverse team through effective communication.

Oversee and lead specific aspects of operations, providing financial reports.Uphold Puttery standards, coaching the team accordingly.

Manage inventory processes and reporting responsibilities.Track and surpass sales, efficiency, and labor goals in designated departments.

Ensure a safe working environment and enforce safe practices consistently.CRITICAL EXPECTATIONSPeople : Every member of our Puttery team contributes to our success!Recruit and hire exceptional talent with a "Get it right the first-time mindset.

Set and enforce expectations with the management team, upholding brand standards.Cultivate a work environment promoting staff retention above industry averages.

Ensure staffing levels meet business needs while considering team members' well-being.Lead and motivate through effective communication, celebrations, and accountability.

Identify and develop high-potential staff for greater responsibilities within Puttery.Sales : Attracting new guests daily and exceeding their expectations are paramount.

Facilitate sales through proactive execution of marketing plans, incremental sales programs, and special events.Manage the budget and business plan to exceed departmental financial goals.

Communicate, track, and hold departments accountable for individual goals.Collaborate with the special events team to execute and upsell.

Implement departmental performance incentive programs to drive incremental sales.Guests : All Puttery experiences are unique - make it THE entertainment venue of choice.

Create an on-brand Puttery guest experience through superior front-of-house operations.Exceed guest satisfaction goals through high-quality products and operational excellence.

Seek and utilize guest feedback for management and team development.Maintain a safe and secure facility for all Puttery guests.

Profits : Profitable operations create more opportunities for all Puttery team members.Plan and develop a profitable operation through cost and inventory control.

Oversee complete inventories of specified Puttery assets regularly.Implement controls and procedures to eliminate product loss and enhance labor efficiency.

Develop the team by establishing profitability goals and rewarding positive behavior.Additional Information : QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS3 years of experience managing operations in a high-volume entertainment or food and beverage environment.

Proficient in interpreting sales mix, efficiency reports, product pars, budgets, and other corporate reports using MS Office software.

Ability to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent.Skills / Abilities / Personal CharacteristicsBe a Puttery brand ambassador, championing our mission and values.

Maintain a professional image, both internally and externally.Uphold a high level of personal accountability and decision-making skill.

Working ConditionsWorkdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Operate in a fast-paced environment with constant distractions.

Move about our facility and stand for long periods; work is both indoors and outdoors year-round.Lift and carry over 50 pounds regularly.
