Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 160-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that has been trusted by families to care for their loved ones. We have maintained the highest regard for our mission to provide high quality care to all individuals with respect and compassion through an interdisciplinary approach that focuses on personalized goals in achieving maximum potential and quality of life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for functions such as recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, employee relations and labor relations, benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
