PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near Saint Augustine, FL

Office Assistant/Client Manager

We are looking for a competent Office Associate to help with client management and organizing daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, customer service oriented professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will have a high degree of attention to detail and excellent phone skills. Candidate needs to be a self-starter and enjoy being the first point of contact for the company. Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls, providing customer service and document as required
  • Accurate data entry with attention to detail
  • Articulate and consistent with correct information provided on phone and email
  • Address and manage customer needs and concerns, notify management as needed
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Scheduling appointments/manage calendar for office
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Assist with accounts receivable and adding expenses for jobs as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office assistant, customer service representative, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Knowledge of computer programs i.e One Drive, DocuSign, Excel, Quickbooks and easily learn new programs
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent with organization and time management
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable phone skills
  • Easy to understand and articulate, with pleasant phone voice
  • Ability to work independently and be responsible
  • Patient, Cheerful demeanor
  • Knowledge of home insurance terminology a plus
  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse office with hardly any face to face customer contact (nearly all phone and email contact)
  • Part of employment is the ability to pass a background check
  • Must be available to work holidays when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
