We are looking for coachable and self-motivated representatives who have a desire for growth in their career and strive for personal growth as well. Get in entry level, develop and grow throughout our organization. We do full training at all levels to aid your advancement and true potential.
We work with a publicly traded company and cannot hire anyone with a Felony, Theft, Fraud, Assault or anything to do with children and/or violence for the last 7 years.
We typically work Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Friday 12:30pm - 8pm and
Saturday 12pm - 6pm
We have over 3 million local customers and this position is simply assessing our own customers' energy needs, this is a very positive and fun opportunity.
Anyone that has a good attitude, likes to help people, and wants to enjoy a better lifestyle can do this and everyone that has committed, is successful!

First of all.... This is not a sales job! We are mainly helping our own current customers
All we do is complete a very brief and simple energy assessment in our customers’ homes where they are most comfortable. Our goal is to help them better understand their energy needs, and provide immediate financial relief from skyrocketing energy prices and keep them from leaving
70% of the people we visit with, we can update their plans. Updating plans saves the average customer about a $1000 a year and up $3000 in 3 - 5 years, plus for their loyalty we give them and extra $150 bill credit to help during these financially challenging times.
Ask yourself these 2 simple questions. How many people do you think could use some extra money right now?
How great would it be, to be the one to actually give away $150 and help all these people lower their costs by as much as $1000 a year?
That's it! That's all we do! And yes, it is very rewarding.
This is a great win/win experience, our customers get a lower bill that is protected for years to come and money right away. We get a much happier customer for many more years to come and you get all the appreciation for helping them out and an opportunity to earn much more then you have ever earned before
With compensation, bonuses and incentives the average new person earns between $800 - 1200 per week average plus bonuses, more experienced, driven and motivated assessors earn much more. We have many individuals earning in excess of $50,000 per year.
We expect rapid growth to continue in the next 6 month and have advancement opportunities, trainers, Managers, Assistant Regional and Regional Managers available right away in all 3 divisions.
