Adhere to the preventive maintenance, a service delivery system outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Plan. Assist Facility Manager with maintaining certification on all equipment.

Assist in performing regular site and systems inspections.

Job Overview :

Responsibilities :

Vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing of hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, community rooms, offices, and other common interior areas.

Shampooing carpets, cleaning bath and kitchen fixtures, washing tile floors and walls, windows, and surfaces in vacant apartments.

Empty wastebaskets daily. Clean windows, as required

Clean interior of elevators. Sweep stairwells. Picking up debris such as papers, etc. form parking areas, sidewalk and ramps.

Hosing sidewalks and parking areas, as needed

• Removing snow from sidewalks and salting sidewalks, as needed. Light maintenance, including changing light bulbs and replacing appliance and furniture parts.
• Assist in performing regular site and systems inspections. Adhere to the preventive maintenance a service delivery system outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Assist Facility Manager with maintaining Certification on all equipment. Assist in putting supplies away. Weekly check on smoke detector and stroll lights.
• All duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.

Education Requirement :

High school diploma

Salary :

• Commensurate with experience.
