Condominium Association Philadelphia is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Philadelphia, PA
Rittenhouse Square Condominium Associtation is seeking an energetic Maintenance Technician to complete general building maintenance.
The Maintenance Person is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the assigned property. This includes but is not limited to the following duties:
- Mechanical building maintenance.
- General electrical repairs (ceiling lights, light switches, outlets).
- General Plumbing (clogs, leaky faucet repairs).
- Minor drywall repairs including taping and painting.
- Regular painting touchup maintenance.
- Assist with HVAC calls and troubleshooting.
- Meet with outside vendors as coordinated with the Property Manager for scheduled repairs or inspections as necessary.
- Help with general housekeeping when needed.
Qualifications
- Five years of building maintenance experience.
- Previous electrical, plumbing and drywall experience a plus.
- Your own transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and be on call one week/weekend per month.
- Good mechanical repair skills.
- Must be diligent and punctual.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent
- Ability to be on call as needed.
- Ability to multitask and meet short deadlines.
- Good communication, interpersonal and team skills.
- Must be able to bend and lift between 25-50lbs.
