Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Finance Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decision-making processes within our organization. In this role, you will provide invaluable insights into our business model, products, cost structures, and go-to-market strategies, driving impactful investment decisions and fostering sustainable growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Play an important role as a Finance business partner, providing in-depth insights into PTC's business model, products, cost structures, and reporting metrics.
• Foster collaboration among Business Leaders, Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product Management to guide investment decisions and enhance commercial performance.
• Drive financial and data-driven aspects of commercial and product investment decisions, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit assessment, scenario planning, NPI, pricing and packaging, campaigns and promotions.
• Support complex contract evaluation with both customers and vendors.
• Improve both financial and operational processes via recommending solutions, assessing implications, and driving action across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical field.
• 5 years of experience in a SaaS company with FP&A/Commercial Finance/Strategy/Operation experience.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Oracle Fusion.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about automating data processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
