**Job Title: Security Supervisor (Overnight Shift)**

**Location:** Patchogue NY. (Long Island, Suffolk County)

**Shift:** Thursday, Friday, Saturday Nights (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

**Compensation​​**

This position starts at $18.00 per hour for the first 30-day probation/training period. increases thereafter.

**Company Overview:**

We are a leading security services provider dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team for our overnight shift.

**Position Overview:**

As a Security Supervisor for our overnight shift, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations, driving a company vehicle to various sites, and ensuring the effectiveness of our security measures. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining guard accountability and a safe environment.

**Responsibilities:**

-Drive a company vehicle to various sites throughout the shift.

- Check on guards at different locations each night to ensure they are fulfilling their duties effectively.

- Cover security posts if needed due to unexpected absences or emergencies.

- Write detailed incident reports for any security related issues that occur during the shift.

- Implement employee disciplinary actions as necessary, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

-Previous experience in security preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge required.

- Must possess a smartphone for communication purposes.

- Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.

- Must hold a valid New York State security license.

- Must have a vehicle to get to our office, overnight mass transit is not available to our location.
