Responsibilities

• Supervising Afternoon and Overnight Staff
• Overseeing multiple locations
• Training Security personnel at various locations
• Providing employee evaluations and write ups
• Organizing and Dispatching Fleet Vehicles
• Ensuring Quality of service and Uniforms
• Fielding Phone calls from security guards in the field
• Spot Checking Various Locations
• Updating and creating post orders
• Providing shift coverage in emergencies

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SECURITY Field Supervisor

• Proven Experience within the Security Field and supervising others
• Diverse Security resume: Gated communities, mobile patrols, office buildings, events ect.
• New York State security license is required
• A valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation
• Must have effective written and oral communication
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to Maintain a well Groomed Appearance
• Ability to work well with various personalities

Required Schedule

• The Full-Time schedule will vary: but is not limited to: 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am
• Use of company vehicle
• Flexible Time off
