Description
The RN Ambulatory Nurse Manager is accountable for the delivery of high quality care in a safe environment with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service and patient satisfaction. Oversees the Clinical Resource Team, which provides education and training of caregivers in clinical areas and coordination of all regulatory and quality processes in ambulatory care.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree -Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 2 years - Supervisory experience
- 5 years - Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records, Windows and Excel-based software.
- Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, ambulatory, health plan and support departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ambulatory health care operations.
- ER or Urgent Care experience.
