The Manager of Therapy Services for Children's Development Institute (CDI) provides leadership and implements strategies to ensure quality outcomes", support for inter-disciplinary care teams, provider engagement and development of clinical standards, workflows, processes and work to ensure system and regional metrics and measures are achieved.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: An accredited professional program in the specified discipline service (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology or Speech/Language Pathology) or
  • Master's Degree: An accredited professional program in the specified discipline service (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology or Speech/Language Pathology) or
  • Ph.D.: An accredited professional program in the specified discipline service (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology or Speech/Language Pathology).
  • Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License Or
  • Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License Or
  • Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Five years: Experience working as a therapist, 2 of which should be in a supervisory/lead role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: Membership in the national, state," or local professional association

"Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality", compassionate, coordinated care.
