Responsibilities:
The manager of Surgical Services is responsible for managing the daily unit operations of designated units within the division of Surgical Services. This could include either an inpatient unit at KSMC/KWMC or one of the ASC's. The area of specialization will be provided through the job posting process; this job description will cover all areas.
Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of RN clinical experience, with at least two (2) years in Perioperative Services.
Minimum two (2) years of leadership role in health care field.
 
Education:
BSN or health related bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a BSN or health related bachelor's degree program with a completed date defined.
License, Certification, Registration:
Current Oregon RN license required upon hire/transfer.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
