**Description** **Associate Customer Service Representative- Providence Home Services Oregon** **Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, 8:30-5pm** The Associate Customer Service Representative provides first line communication with a variety of customers, referral sources, and clinicians to facilitate ordering and delivery of home medical equipment (HME) products, supplies and services.
