You will be assisting members :

Withtransportation to and from appointments.

In resolvingissues with previous appointments.

With a transportation recovery where a scheduledtrip has failed.

Given thenature of certain types of calls some members may express feelingsof distress impatience fear or anxiety. This can pose a challengingsituation to handle.

However the experience can also be highlyrewarding having the opportunity to provide valuable assistance tothese members.

Effortlessly maneuver through the clients systemby utilizing function keys to ensure accurate processing of ridetransportation.

Collaborating with various departments withinour community to address effectively and resolve transportation andeligibility issues.
