ProScan Imaging, LLC is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Cincinnati, OH
Industry
Growing medical management organization has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Prior experience in a multi-divisional or multi-company environment is required, as well as a high-level of organizational skills. Great Plains accounting software experience preferred. Full-time position in a pleasant working environment, 8-5 M-F, with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable, invoicing and collections for corporate entities
Prepares, post, verifies and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivables
Collaborates with medical billing team to facilitate proper invoicing
Prepare monthly aging report and present to leadership team monthly
Accounting projects as assigned.
Support other accounting functions
Skills
Problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to adequately explain issues and present multiple solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good organization skills
Detailed oriented
Ability to multi-task
Familiarity with accounting software; Great Plains desirable.
Knowledge of or ability to learn on-line banking.
Business maturity and can do attitude.
Ability to work well with others and create a team environment.
Self starter.
Experience
Prior accounts receivable, preferably in a multi-company environment
Work Environment
Full time position in a corporate headquarters office.
Education/training
2 year college degree, high school graduate, especially basic accounting courses
Reports to
Controller, may take direction from other senior level accounting/finance staff members.
