We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our organization. As the first point of contact, your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, professionally answering and directing phone calls, managing mail and packages, and maintaining an organized front office space.To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in administrative work, a college degree, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
If you have a courteous and professional demeanor, previous experience in a receptionist or front office role, and can handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
