Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing documents

- Answer and direct phone calls

-Respond to email inquiries

-Update inventory

- Greet and assist clients at the front desk

- Maintain and update office records/databases

- Handle incoming /outgoing mail and packages

- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Computer literacy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Previous experience with jewelry or luxury goods a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Customer service-oriented mindset

-GIA education a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
