Property Services Group, Inc. is a full service real estate company specializing in property management, facility management, accounting, leasing, and consulting for office buildings, medical buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, research and technical buildings, apartments, condominium associations and homeowner associations.
Our company is seeking a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist’s responsibilities include the following:
· Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
· Professionally answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Ordering supplies
· Other clerical duties including, but not limited to, printing reports, data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing
Candidates must have the following:
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
· 1-2 years customer service experience
· Valid driver’s license and working vehicle
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, and outlook)
· Proficient with using computer systems and typing
· Exceptional work ethics
Preferred candidates will have the following:
· Experience with Residential, Commercial, or Industrial Real Estate
· Proficiency with Skyline accounting program
