About the Role:

We are in early stages of building our core product and offerings. You will have tremendous opportunity to build a product from the ground up and influence the strategic direction of the company. We are changing the way the government operates and interacts with its constituents. This is a unique opportunity in an extremely fast-growing startup that is poised to become the next unicorn.

You Will:

• Build out our consumer app and portions of our communications and integration platform
• Take a data-driven approach to drive product strategy, platform capabilities, and user experience
• Work across the stack and collaborate across the organization to ensure our technology solves real-world problems for our users
• Own the roadmap and execution of a significant portion of the product, including soliciting feedback, and iterating to success
• Drive technical and product decision making that aligns with our goal of making government work better for individuals

You Have:

• 4 years of strong software development experience building consumer-facing or enterprise applications
• A drive to build software that promotes equity and accessibility
• A desire to learn from and contribute to a growing engineering team
• Experience working across the tech stack
• Experience delivering end-to-end user experience
