Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20-25 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and proceduresGreet examinees and verify identificationPerform required security checks including the use of wandsContinuously monitor candidates as they complete examsReport and resolve candidate issues with urgency Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at all timesEnsure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experienceReport any occurrences outside company guidelinesAbility to be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations Represent Prometric's vision, mission, and valuesSafeguard the test center from misconductIf applicable, digitally scan and record the candidate's fingerprint identification Successful completion of the Test Center Administrator Certification Test.
