JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The District Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and cultivating new clients within a defined territory and developing relationships with brokers and other partners. District Sales Managers create their own prospecting activities and are constantly looking to turn contacts and relationships into clients. The District Sales Managers works with prospects in a consultative manner to provide them with insight and solutions that will improve the prospects workforce solution.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/scanners. Additionally, this role routinely requires the employee to drive to various client and prospective client locations. This role routinely requires travel to client locations, trade shows, headquarters, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is in a stationary position operating computer and other office equipment. The employee additionally will stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will regularly drive to various client and prospective client locations or other meeting locations. The employee will occasionally be required to carry, lift, and move up to 10 pounds.
The employee in this position will frequently communicate with employees and clients, and must be able to do so clearly, effectively, and professionally.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday, and the employee is required to work an approved schedule that falls within the Company business hours of 8am-6pm. Out of town travel is occasionally required.
