Qualified person needed to: Direct day-to-day activities of Direct Support Staff with the intent of providing a clean and safe home-like environment that contributes to therapeutic needs of each person with disabilities. Ensure that staffing needs are adequately met.
Must be able to:
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited program with specialized training, and/or a minimum of two years' experience in working with the developmentally disabled; and/or any combination of education, experience or training deemed appropriate by the organization. Must possess at least two years of supervisory or management experience.
Certificates, Licenses or Registrations: Must have valid driver’s license and clear driving record; must have cleared and approved criminal record check; must hold First Aid/CPR certification.
